Dr. Norm Lanier
Corporate Psychologist, advisor and author
Received a PhD in clinical psychology with training as a psychotherapist at the University of Cincinnati. He interned at the Veterans Administration hospital in Cincinnati where he was a staff psychologist on the inpatient ward and a counselor in the outpatient clinic. He was an instructor at the University of Northern Kentucky and built a private practice. He became increasingly involved with business leaders and executive teams, and had significant impacts on high achievers who wanted to grow and improve.
Dr. Norm heads up a leadership advisory firm that works with Boards, teams and individuals to maximize effectiveness.
